The 2015 IPI-ConfEx will take place at the Crowne Plaza Rome-St Peter's Hotel in Rome, Italy.  The hotel is located in the beautiful Via Aurelia Antica area just few minutes from Villa Doria Pamphili  Park, 3km from Vatican City and 4km from Rome city centre. All the conference sessions, workshops and  exhibits will take place at the Crowne Plaza Rome-St Peter's Hotel.

Transfer from the airport to the Crowne Plaza Rome-St Peter's Hotel via the following routes: Arrivals into Fiumicino Airport (FCO) Distance 25 km You can reach the hotel: • by taxi - around 25 minutes and costs around €40 one way • by shuttle bus - the Crowne Plaza offers a shuttle bus for €14 one-way. The shuttle must be booked in advance directly with the hotel (at least 24 hours in advance). The shuttle runs six times per day; 07:45, 09:45, 11:30, 13:30, 15:45, 17:45. To get the the shuttel bus, exit the airport at terminal 3 and turn right. Folllow the signs to the ‘Touristic Bus Parking’ area and the shuttle bus sits in space number 15. If you arrive into terminal 1 or 2, make your way to terminal 3 and follow the directions from there. Shuttle must be booked 24 hours in advance. • by train via the Leonardo Express. Trains to Termini railway station leave every 30 minutes. From there you can reach the hotel either by taxi or by Metro (Line A - direction "Battistini"). Stop at "Cornelia" station and take the bus n. 889/892 (n. 98 on Sundays/Bank holidays). • by car - around 20 minuntes. Take the Roma - Fiumicino motorway for 10 km, than take GRA - Ring Road, direction Florence - Vatican City, Take exit N. 1: Aurelio-Città del Vaticano, before the traffic lights turn right onto Via Aurelia Antica, and after next the traffic lights continue for 200 m and you will find the hotel on the right side. The Hotel is located in Via Aurelia Antica 415 Arrivals into Ciampino Airport (CIA) Distance 40 km You can reach the hotel: • by taxi - around 40 minutes and costs around €55 one way • by bus to Ciampino train station and then by train to Termini railway station (trains leaveevery 15 minutes). From Termini you can reach the hotel either by taxi or by Metro "Line A-direction Battistini". Stop at "Cornelia" station and take the bus n. 889/892 (n. 98 on Sundays/Bank holidays). • by bus to Anagnina and than by Metro (Line A - direction "Battistini") to the "Cornelia" stop. From there you can take the bus n. 889/892 (n. 98 on Sundays/Bank holidays). • by car - around 40 minutes. Take GRA - Ring Road, direction Fiumicino Airport for 20 km, Take exit N. 1: Aurelio-Città del Vaticano, before the traffic lights turn right onto Via Aurelia Antica street, and after next the traffic lights continue for 200 m and you will find the hotel on the right side.
