Registration Discounts
Through consistent feedback from both our Industry Delegates and Information Provider Delegates, it is
clear that everyone strongly emphasises the all important need for an appropriate balance between
numbers of information users and information providers attending the conference. Therefore, the
conference registration policies are in place to accommodate this principle and ensure a highly
professional and focused conference, training and exposition programme, and strategic discourse, as
well as a balanced and enriching networking experience.
Registration Type:
I. Industry Delegate
Definition: An individual who is a direct employee of an industrial organisation that produces and
sells products (other than any information related products) such as a chemical, pharmaceutical,
electronics or engineering company.
A one person (single) consultant, not affiliated with any organisation or partnership, may apply to
register under this category -please send your details and conditions to the conference
organisers and you will be sent further information.
II. Sponsors/Exhibitors
Definition: These are individuals or a representative of an organisation that produces information
products or provides services/consultancy that could be used or bought by Industry Delegates
and who have signed an agreement and are official sponsors/exhibitors of the conference.
As a sponsor/exhibitor, you are eligible to register delegates and attend the conference at these
special rates. Each sponsor level includes complimentary/discounted registrations (check
sponsor level for details). All delegates (including sponsor speakers, workshop hosts, booth
staff, and administrative staff) must register to attend.
III. Non-Sponsoring Vendors (and External Service Providers)
Definition: An individual or a representative of an organisation that produces information
products or provides services/consultancy that could be used or bought by Industry Delegates
or the general public and is not a sponsor/exhibitor of the conference.
Vendors are encouraged to participate as sponsors/exhibitors (details on how to sponsor/exhibit
are available on the Sponsor Opportunities page). Alternatively, vendors may apply for
registration at the non-sponsoring vendor rate of €2,680.00 per delegate. The number of
available registrations under this category is limited therefore attendance is not guaranteed. All
non-sponsoring vendors must adhere to the non-solicitation policy.
IV. Speakers
Industry Speakers who are giving plenary presentations are eligible to register at this rate.
Speakers from Sponsor companies will need to register through the sponsor registration path.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations must be received by the 1st day of the prior month to
the month of the event and are subject to a EUR 100 cancellation handling fee. All fees are non-
refundable after the 1st day of the prior month to the month of the event. Substitution of registrant within
the same organisation is permissible at any time at no charge (please contact the Conference
Organisers and we will be happy to assist you in transferring your registration).
Non-Solicitation Policy
The conference is intended to enable our conference sponsors/exhibitors the exclusive right to promote
their products and services to the delegates of this conference. All other attendees are prohibited from
engaging in the marketing of their products and services in all designated areas of the conference and
anywhere in the host hotel or local area. Violators of these restrictions will expelled from the event and
the host hotel without reimbursement.
All attendees, including Sponsors/Exhibitors, agree that any special events (i.e any organised social
events or technical programs and seminars during or within seven days either side of the conference
days within the geographical region of the conference venue) must be in consultation with, and formally
pre-approved well in advance by the conference organisers in writing. Without exception, all attendees
to the Conference & Exposition are required to strictly adhere to this condition.
Registration
The early bird discount is only applicable if payment is received in full by the deadline shown above. If payment is not received by this date the discount
will be null. Registration is not complete until payment has been received in full.
